Rob has been married to Sylvia since 1982. A retired CPA, he has served on several church staffs, as well as being a partner in a national CPA firm that exclusively serves Christian ministries. He currently sits on the boards of two ministries and several committees at his local church. An instrument-rated pilot, Rob is fascinated by all things aviation-related and is an avid reader who loves to travel and spend time with his wife, two adult children and their spouses, and his five grandchildren.
Rob has served in multiple roles in Southern California CBS classes, including Associate Teaching Director, Area Director, and, for the last 10 years, Teaching Director. CBS has taught Rob how to inductively study the Bible and apply what he learns to become more like Jesus. Matthew 6:33 is his life verse: “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
